Sofie Wilhelmine Enes Sverdrup Engelschiøn, 2000 is a Norwegian multimedia artist based in Florence, Italy. Her artworks zoomes in on details in everyday life, pausing the moment others don´t acknowledge.

Artist statement: The world is a busy place, and it is easy to get lost in it. My artworks pauses moments of time, zooming in on everyday details that somehow seems to go unacknowledged. Moments that if not appreciated will disappear as soon as they appear. Creating different medium artworks over several platforms has allowed me to use the world as a canvas. With my work I want to offer a break from reality. A moment to breath, re-charge, and re-focus, reminding people that art can be found in every small corner of the world.
