In late august me and my boyfriend went on one final canoe trip for the season. It was so windy, rainy and fall had taken over more of the landscape than we were aware of. But on the first night of this trip around 10 pm the sky just opened up to the most insane aurora we have ever seen. It lasted for hours and we did not get a lot of sleep that night. It was truly the last dance of the season since the next day we woke up to so much rain.
